» Every 15-20 minutes look away from your screen and focus on a far away object. It helps to readjust the focus of your eyes

» Always wear sunglasses in order to protect your eyes from the sun. Over exposure of your eyes to Ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun can cause cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

» Place cotton pads dipped in milk keep it on the eye lids and relax for 15 minutes.

» Simple home remedy for eye care is cucumber. Keep small round slice of cucumber over your closed eyes for 10 - 15 minutes. This will give you relief from eyes pain and stress.

» Silver and charcoals can be great for green and blue eyes.
